Putting someone else's picture in photoshop (or even your own terrible photography), clicking on a few filters and adjustments, and saving it as a low-quality jpeg does not make it 'digital art'. I'm not talking about people starting out, I'm talking about people who apply pencil sketch filters to MY photography and sell it as digital art, and have no intentions of actually learning how to use photoshop or to capture photography.
Anyone who sells artwork without the artist's permission is a thief and they should be shot.
